  • Is there a cable or plug included? 
    No, unfortunately not as there are some challenges in warranty and insurance when selling also electronic parts. But good news - we can recommend all necessary parts fitting to our design. See installation guide in the downloads section.

  • What is the 3D printed surface like? Is it rough? 
    No, as we use high performance 3D printers, high quality raw material from the market leader as well as our own design, the surface looks really nice. 

  • What types of tablet wall mounts do you offer?
    Route Lisi Designs specializes in stylish wall mounts designed for popular tablets, including the top-sellers Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+, Lenovo Tab P12, and Apple iPad 7, 8 & 9 as well as most of all current tablet models. Our products are engineered to provide a seamless integration of modern design into your smart home.

  • How do your wall mounts differ from traditional tablet holders?
    Our wall mounts feature a sleek and unobtrusive design that allows for easy access to your tablet without the need for covers or adhesives. This ensures a clean and functional aesthetic while maintaining the usability of your device.

  • Do you design and produce in Germany? 
    Yes, all our products are designed and produced within our little family business in southern Germany.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will need to ship back on your expense. Please always get in touch with us before returning, so we can check the possibilities. 

  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • Can I exchange my wall mount for a different model?
    The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original wall mount and, once the return is accepted from our side, make a separate purchase for the new model you desire.  Please always get in touch with us before returning, so we can check the possibilities.

  • What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
    It is important to inspect your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we focus on shipping within the European Union and North American Region (NAR). If you have specific inquiries regarding international shipping, please reach out to us for further assistance.
